Our Newest Walnut Orchard is Planted!
We’ve got some exciting news for everyone who’s been following our journey. We just finished planting a whole new batch of walnut trees! This is the second time we’ve done this, and it’s a big deal because it means we’re growing.
A Thank You to Our Supporters
First off, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of this. Without your help and belief in what we’re doing, we couldn’t have gotten this far. Planting these walnut trees is something we’ve done together, and we’re really proud of that.
What’s Happening Next
Now that the walnut trees are in the ground, they’re going to be asleep for a little while. But come the end of April, we should start seeing some leaves popping up. We’re also setting up a system to make sure they get all the water and food they need to grow strong and healthy.
We’ve got something pretty cool in the works, too. We’re making a digital map that will let you see where each of your trees is planted. This is the first step towards a bigger plan we have, where you might be able to sell your trees if you decide that’s what you want to do.
More Walnut Trees Coming Up
We’re already thinking about where we’re going to plant more trees in 2024/25. We’ve had a lot of people asking about it, and we’re excited to share the location with you in the next few days. If you’ve been thinking about getting involved again, now’s a good time to start planning for that.

We’ll keep you posted on how the trees are doing and what’s happening next. We really want to show you the orchard in person, so we’re looking forward to inviting you over to take a look, especially when it’s nice and warm in spring and summer.
