Panonija – Phase 2 Planting Completed: Snow, Rain, Sun🌳

Snow. Rain. Sun. Nothing stops us.

This winter surprised many parts of the region — and during our preparations for the Panonija – Phase 2 planting, our orchards experienced it as well. ❄️

While unexpected, snowfall can bring natural benefits. A layer of snow acts as insulation for the soil, helping maintain more stable ground temperatures and protecting the ecosystem below. As it melts, it slowly releases moisture into the ground, improving soil hydration ahead of the growing season. 💧

Of course, winter conditions also brought challenges.

Snow made field logistics more demanding, especially when operating tractors and equipment. Slower movement and slippery access roads required additional caution and precise coordination across the entire team. ⚠️
Regardless of the conditions, operations continued without delays, with an exceptional level of efficiency and focus throughout the preparation phase.

This entire process was led and managed by our Head Agronomist, Miloš Ninkov, M.Sc., alongside Agronomist Nikola Ninkov, whose expertise and organization ensured everything stayed on track.

Planting Completed — Panonija Phase 2 ✅

Today, we officially completed the planting for Panonija – Phase 2.

The entire planting was successfully finished in just five days.

We are grateful to our outstanding field team, led by our agricultural engineer Miloš, and more than 60 team members who worked in far-from-ideal conditions — light rain, a lot of mud, heavy boots, and every step harder than usual.

Still, this is exactly what we are committed to delivering for our investor community: doing the work properly, on time, and with full responsibility.
